- Shana Plain Naan
- 2 Eggs
- 50ml milk
- 4 tsp. Caster Sugar
- 25g butter
- Maple syrup
- Whisk the eggs, milk and sugar together.
- Par cook your Shana Plain Naan on each sides for a minute and soak in the mixture for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Cook your soaked naans on a pre-heated and buttered frying pan.
- Drizzle some maple syrup on top, place strawberries and serve.
