French Naan


  • Shana¬†Plain Naan
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • 4 tsp. Caster Sugar
  • 25g butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Strawberries


  1. Whisk the eggs, milk and sugar together.
  2. Par cook your Shana Plain Naan on each sides for a minute and soak in the mixture for 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Cook your soaked naans on a pre-heated and buttered frying pan.
  4. Drizzle some maple syrup on top, place strawberries and serve.
