Microwave: Cut the top of the Patra pouch along the dotted line, then place the pouch onto a microwavable dish. Cook at 850W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Shallow Fry: Heat oil in a pan to a medium heat. Fry the Patras for 5 minutes, whilst gently moving them around.
