Oven : Pre-heat oven at 180°C - 200°C. Place the frozen Half Moon™ Keema Roti on a baking tray and cook for 5 - 6 minutes in the middle section of the oven. Turn over Half Moon™ Roti and cook for another 5 - 6 minutes, to ensure both sides are evenly cooked and crispy.
Pan : Defrost Half Moon™ Keema Roti in the Microwave on full power for 30 seconds. Heat a non-stick pan until medium hot and place the defrosted Half Moon™ Chicken Roti on the pan to cook for 2-3 minutes (gently moving it around the pan). Turnover and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the Roti.
