With only a 100% meat, Half Moon™ Keema Roti contains delicious authentic minced lamb layered within a crispy folded roti. No soya or meat substitute go into making your perfect Half Moon™ Roti!

Filling: Minced Lamb (41%), Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Peas, Yogurt (Milk), Sunflower Oil, Tomatoes, Mixed Spices, Salt, Chilli Flakes.

Roti: Wheat Flour, Wholemeal Flour (Wheat), Water, Margarine (Soy - Palm Oil Based), Salt, Baking Powder, Emulsifer (E471).

Cook straight from frozen.

Oven : Pre-heat oven at 180°C - 200°C. Place the frozen Half Moon™ Keema Roti on a baking tray and cook for 5 - 6 minutes in the middle section of the oven. Turn over Half Moon™ Roti and cook for another 5 - 6 minutes, to ensure both sides are evenly cooked and crispy.

Pan : Defrost Half Moon™ Keema Roti in the Microwave on full power for 30 seconds. Heat a non-stick pan until medium hot and place the defrosted Half Moon™ Chicken Roti on the pan to cook for 2-3 minutes (gently moving it around the pan). Turnover and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the Roti.
